    Bring your knitting and settle down in Jutulheimen. The event is free.

    • Andrew Carpenter from Belfast Mini Mills will be there for "Q&A"
    • The market will be open from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    • Coffee and snacks will be available for purchase

    Barbro is, among other things, a bunad maker and will give a lecture on how we preserve the Norwegian bunad tradition, which has now been inscribed on UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage.

    Frode Svarstad is a senior textile advisor at Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrikk, and will speak about wool, natural fibers, and the fantastic technical properties of GU's bunad and upholstery fabrics. Presentation of wool properties and GU's products and production.

    1:30 PM - 2:15 PM Lecture by Helle Siggerud She is a bunad seamstress, knitting designer, and knitting book author. She has blogged about sewing tips for websites such as 1000 ideer, and in recent years has held courses and given lectures on various forms of craft. She has a burning passion for textiles and sustainability, and often teaches with the motto: "take care of what you have, or create something you want to take care of."
